Today is Sunday. After breakfast, Tom drove me to the church by his Jaguar, a very cool car. In the church, we sang and prayed just like in Taiwan. But there was different while eating cookies and drank wine. We ate cookies and drank wine instead bread and water in Taiwan.

I also saw many people in the church. They were all very kind and nice. A married couple talked to me for a while, and they are from England. I tried hard to realize what they said but still missed something. I hoped after a few days that the situation would be improved by studying English hard.

We had breadcheeseham and apple juice for lunch and I am used to have simple food like them. During lunch, Luke said that he might catch a cold, and then I tried to ask some question about how would Americans do when they caught a cold. They just stay at home and drink lots of water

juice. Luke also said that more and more people would see a doctor so that they would recover soon, but in Hudson’s. They just took lots of rest if the situation is not so serious.

After lunch, Senshaw and I took a long walk to the nearest coffee shop, star bucks. It took about 15 minutes. We found some small supermarket and bought something included eggs, slipper, canned mushroom soup, snacks, and sauce.
